The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.354 of 2025, under Section 8/21/29 of the NDPS Act, Police Station- Chilkana, District- Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is engaged with the furniture related work and some hot words were exchanged between the applicant and his opponent villagers and only due to this reason, applicant has been implicated in the present case in collusion with the police. 4.
