Heard Miss Neetu Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shiv Dutt Shukla, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime no. 1176 of 2025, under sections 3(1), 4(1), 5(1), 6(1) and 7(2) of The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Police Station-Quarsi, District- Aligarh, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 4.12.2025. It is further submitted that the co-accused Jaideep Singh has already been granted bail
