Heard Sri Narayan Singh Kushwaha, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Mahipal Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Shatruhan Yadav, learned AGA for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.259 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2) BNS and Section 3/4 DP Act, Police Station Kankarkheda, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 4.
