Court No. - 28 HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. 2.Prosecution story, in short, is that on the information communicated by informer, on 20/21.11.2025 in the night, the police party interrupted two persons standing on the side of road. They tried to flee away. However,they were caught. On being asked, they told their name as Aniket Tiwari and the other person was the present applicant. From their possession, contraband narcotics substances were recovered. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was personally searched but there is no compliance of provisions of Section 50 N.D.P.S. Act which is mandatory. The applicant has not been apprised of his right available under Section 50 N.D.P.S. Act in regard to his search
