The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 232 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Hathras, District Hathras during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submits, actually marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the applicant on 28.02.2025 and when on 05.07.2025 her Ultrasound was conducted then it was found that she was having pregnancy of 22 weeks, therefore, serious altercation took place between husband and wife. He next submits, as deceased conceived even before her marriage,
