The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 572 of 2025 under Sections 137(2), 87, 74 BNS and 7/8, 16/17 of POCSO Act, Police Station Bisalpur, District Pilibhit during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and he is languishing in jail since 18.11.2025. It is further submitted that incident is said to have taken place in the month of April, 2025 whereas FIR was lodged in the month of November, 2025.
