The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No.109 of 2025, under Sections 80(2) and 85 BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mishrauliya, District Siddharth Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is mother-in- law of the deceased and on the basis of false and general allegation she has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further argued that even father-in-law of the deceased, Kamla @ Kammal Kannaujia has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 13.4.2026 passed in Criminal Misc.Bail Application No.12378 of 2026 and as far as allegations are conc
