The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 202 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 352, 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Mataundh, District- Banda. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, based on the FIR and the statements of the first informant as well as the witnesses, the allegation of causing death by firearm injury has been specifically assigned to the co- accused, Manish. As such, the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
