The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.26 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 221, 121(2), 132, 352, 117(2) BNS, Police Station Mohana, District Siddharth Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however as per allegation applicant and two others made assault through wooden stick upon the injured due to which he sustained head injury but entire allegation made against the applicant is totally false. 4.
