Court No. - 67 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ramkumar Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0429 of 2025, under Sections- 137(2), 238, 103(1), 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Loni Border, District- Ghaziabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, in the statement of the first informant recorded under Section 180 of the B.N.S.S., the name of the applicant, along with co-accused persons, surfaced as the first informant merely expressed suspicion regarding their involvement in the disappearance of his son. It is further submitted that, as per the statement of eye-witness Suresh Kushwaha, the deceased was lastly seen in the company of
