The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.225 of 2026, under Sections 191(1), 190, 115(2), 351(2), 352, 109(1) BNS, Police Station South, District Firozabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however as per allegation applicant alongwith others made assault due to which two persons sustained injuries but entire allegations levelled against the applicant are totally false. 4. He next submits, even only general allegation has been made against all the accused persons. He further argued, from perusal of the injury report of the injured it however appears, one injured sustained two injuries and another injured sustained three injuries but considering the nature of injuries, it could not be reflected,
