The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 221 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 333, 324(3) of B.N.S., Police Station- Gadwar, District- Ballia, during the pendency of the trial. 4. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the FIR version as well as the statement of the first informant, a specific role of causing the stab wound has been assigned to the co-accused Prince, and a recovery of the bloodstained knife has also been made from the co- accused Prince.
