Court No. - 66 HON'BLE SAMEER JAIN, J. 1. Heard Sri Priya Ranjan Rai, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajiv Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.41 of 2026, under Sections 140(1), 127(2), 351(3), 352 BNS, Police Station Kaptanganj, District Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however as per allegation applicant alongwith co-accused Jaiprakash Yadav @ Golai forcibly got executed sale deed from the informant but entire allegation is totally false. 4. He next submits, alongwith the instant bail application the sale deed executed by the informant has been annexed which clearly shows, he himself executed the sale in favour of co-accused Jaiprakash. He next submits, as applicant is friend of co-accused Jaiprakash therefore he has also been made accused in the present matter. 5. He
