The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 43 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 238(a), 309(6), 317(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Mirhachi, District- Etah, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, the deceased was missing since 13.03.2025. Thereafter, an unknown dead body was recovered on 14.03.2025 and, on receiving information about the same, the first informant identified the deceased as his father.
