The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 741 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109(1), 117(2), 191(3), 118(1), 103(1), 190 of B.N.S. and Section 7 C.L.A. Act, Police Station- Kotwali Padrauna, District- Kushinagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that in the FIR as well as in the statement of witnesses including the injured, general role has been assigned to all the 12 accused persons including the applicants and from perusal of postmortem report of the deceased, Chote, it is clear that he received two head injuries which were found to be fatal and no specific role has been assigned to any of the
