This is second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No.10/2021, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow. 3. The first bail application was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide detailed order dated 5.10.2023 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No.1784 of 2022. 4. While dismissing the first bail application of the applicant, the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court has observed as under ( paragraph 27 ) :- "27.
