The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.657 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(5), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66-D of I.T. Act, registered at Police Station Kotwali Karvi, District Chitrakoot, during pendency of the trial. 3.
