The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 58 of 2024, under Sections 2/3(1) U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Sultanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, only one case has been shown against the applicant, in which he is on bail. The bail order is on record as Annexure-3 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. Apart from the case(s) mentioned in the gang chart, the applicant has criminal history of two other cases which have duly been explained in para 10 of the bail application. The applicant is in jail since 15.12.2023.
