The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 521 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85, 115(2) and 351(3) BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Dholna, District Kasganj during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is maternal grandfather of the husband of the deceased and on the basis of false and general allegation he has been made accused in the present matter along with others. 4. He next submits that applicant is 73 years old and infirm person and he has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and it is hard to believe that he also used to torture her for dowry. 5.
