Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime no. 415/2025, under Section 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR allegation has been made that the deceased was taken away by the applicant forcibly on 02.12.2025. Subsequently an FIR was lodged by the mother of the deceased on 03.12.2025.
