Heard Sri Akhilesh Srivastava, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Saksham Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.83 of 2025, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Jalesar, District Etah. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the deceased was mother-in-law of the applicant. She was residing in her house. She became unconscious and she was taken to the doctor who treated her, and thereafter she died on 12.02.2023.
