The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No.0111 of 2025, under Sections 80(2) and 85 BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Ekauna, District Deoria during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is mother-in- law of the deceased and on the basis of false allegation she has been made accused in the present matter along with others including husband of the deceased. 4. He further submits that actually marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the son of the applicant against her wishes and, therefore, she did not perform her matrimonial duties and very often dispute arose between husband and wi
