The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.83 of 2025, under Sections-191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 109(1), 61(2) BNS, Police Station-Hastinapur, District-Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per the prosecution story, on 02.04.2025 all the accused persons including the applicant surrounded the deceased in presence of the injured witness Gurmukh Singh and fired upon the deceased Paramjeet Singh @ Gulla.
