The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.42 of 2026, under Section 109(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Parikshitgarh, District- Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant although has been assigned the role of causing gun shot injuries on the injured, however, the First Information Report, appears to be a fictitious account. The Learned counsel for the applicant further contends that in the medical examination report, the injuries were found to be of airgun wound and not gunshot injuries from a conventional firearm.
