The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.250 of 2025, under Sections- 115(2), 352, 351(2), 103(1), 3(5) BNS, Police Station-Kacchwa, District-Mirzapur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per the prosecution story, the applicant along with the co-accused came to the house of the first informant, where the deceased was sitting outside the house. All three of the accused started beating him (deceased); co-accused Raj hit the deceased
