The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.481 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Saraimeer, District- Azamgarh. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant had a similar case under the Cow Slaughter Act being Case Crime No.35 of 2026 and only to thwart his release in the said case as he had been granted bail in the said case by the concerned Court vide its order dated 11.03.2026, the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
