In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 17.04.2026, Investigating Officer of the case has appeared before this Court in person along with the CCTV footage as well as the overview of the CCTV footage wherein it is mentioned that the CCTV footage does not show that Pawan was armed with any firearm. Therefore, mentioning in the case diary by the earlier Investigating Officer that Pawan was seen in the CCTV footage armed with firearm appears to be incorrect. 2. Heard Sri Ram Babu Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Narendra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Anand Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3.
