The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.0041 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 352 and 115(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Dhumanganj, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
