The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 357 of 2025, under Sections-238, 103(1) BNS, Police Station-Allau, District-Mainpuri, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, the deceased had been missing since 18.10.2025. Thereafter, a missing report was lodged on 19.10.2025 by the father of the deceased. Subsequently, the decomposed body of the deceased was recovered on 21.10.2025. Thereafter, the FIR was lodged on 23.10.2025, and as per the post-mortem report, the cause of death was strangulation. 4.
