Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 492 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 3/5 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Police Station Katra, District Shahjahanpur. 3. As per the prosecution story, the deceased was wife of the first informant, who left her in-laws' house on 27.11.2025 but subsequently received information from mother-in-law of deceased that her wife (deceased) had died because of snake bite. Thereafter other family members of first informant also reached on spot and deceased was cremated. 4.
