Heard Shri Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant, and Shri Ashish Kumar Tripathi, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.275 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 310(2), 115(2), 352, 132, 121(1), 118(1), 127(2) of B.N.S. and Section 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, registered at Police Station Kurara, District Hamirpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that co-accused Pushpa and Shyamkali have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.04.2026 passed in Criminal
