The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 64 of 2025, under Sections- 309(6), 103(1), 317(2) BNS, Police Station-Bajariya, District-Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR wherein the allegation has been made that the wife of the first informant was killed by unknown persons who have also stolen the jewellery from the house.
