Court No. - 73 HON'BLE VIKRAM D. CHAUHAN, J. 1. Learned A.G.A. submits that instructions have been received and has no objection in case the bail application is heard on merits. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is alleged to be Reader in the office of Tehsildar and it is alleged that the applicant has demanded illegal gratification of Rs.10,000/- from the complainant for mutation. Thereafter, the complainant made a complaint and the trap team was constituted. The trap team arrested the applicant along with the aforesaid amount. The maximum punishment provided under Section 7A of the Prevention of Corruption Act is upto seven years and maximum punishment provided under Section 319(2) of BNS is upto five years.
