Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.138 of 2026, under Sections- 103(2), 191(2), 190, 115(2), 352, 61(2), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station- Chiluatal, District-Gorakhpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR wherein the allegation has been made that 7 known persons and 20-25 unknown persons came and started beating the first informant and co-accused Vidhata and also the deceased, Gyanendra Singh. Subsequently, Gyanendra Singh succumbed to his injuries. It is further submitted that no specific role has been assigned to any of the accused including the applicant and the postmortem
