Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is the Sub-Inspector and criminal case was being investigated. The complainant is the accused person in the aforesaid criminal case. It is alleged that applicant had demanded a sum of Rs. 10,000/- in respect of twenty persons so that name of them are removed from the investigation. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that an amount of Rs. 20,000/- has been demanded by the applicant and thereafter complainant has made a complaint to the Anti Corruption Department and trap team was prepared.
