Court No. - 73 HON'BLE VIKRAM D. CHAUHAN, J. 1. Learned A.G.A. for the State submits that instructions have been received and has no objection in case the bail application is heard on merits. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is the Sub-Inspector and criminal case was being investigated. The complainant is the accused person in the aforesaid criminal case. It is alleged that applicant had demanded a sum of Rs. 10,000/- in respect of twenty persons so that name of them are removed from the investigation. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that an amount of Rs. 20,000/- has been demanded by the applicant and thereafter complainant has made a complaint to the Anti Corruption Department and trap team was prepared.
