Heard Sri Nikhil Chandra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ripusudan Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.390 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 64(1), 87 of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Salempur, District- Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party, as she had stayed with the applicant and married him at Somnath Temple in Ghaziabad, and has stated that both she and the app
