Heard Sri Ram Sajiwan Prajapati, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anand Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 95 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Rehar, District- Bijnor, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, though in the FIR an allegation has been made against the applicant that she strangulated the deceased on 18/19.12.2025, the FIR was lodged after a delay of three days.
