By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 34 of 2025, under sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 109, 103 (1), 351 (3), 61 (2) of the B.N.S. Police Station Chandapur, District- Raebareli is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. Brief facts of the present case are that an FIR has been lodged on 06.07.2025 under sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 109, 103 (1), 351 (3), 61 (2) of the B.N.S. (old Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 506, 302 and 120-B IPC) against the eight named accused persons and eight to ten unknown persons alleging therein that all the accused persons alongwith eight to ten unknown persons came on four wheeler armed with lathi danda and rod and started beating the Bua of informant by rod and axe as a result of which, she die
