The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.31 of 2026, under Sections- 103(1), 238(a), 61(2), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station-Pipiganj, District- Gorakhpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicants is that applicant was not named in the FIR wherein it is mentioned that unclaimed body of a lady was recovered on 03.01.2026 at 6:30 am and thereafter, an FIR was lodged by the village chowkidaar.
