This bail application has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant/ Devendra @ Deva, for grant of bail, in Case Crime No. 403 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of Uttar Pradesh Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Baldev, District Mathura, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for accused-applicant, while pressing the bail application, submits that, the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case as well as in the four cases, mentioned in the gang chart, and he has not committed any offence, as alleged by the prosecution. It is further submitted that, in the four cases, mentioned in the gang chart, the applicant has been released on bail by the trial court, a copy of which has been placed as Annexure No.3 to
