Court No. - 70 HON'BLE HARVIR SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A. G. A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. This bail application has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant for grant of bail, in Case Crime No. 332 of 2025, under Sections 137 (2) and 87 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Nauhjhil, District Mathura, during pendency of trial. 3. Briefly stated, as per the allegations levelled and the incident narrated in the FIR, which was lodged by the father of the victim, alleging that his daughter and the daughter of his brother-in-law (sadhu), stating that on 17.11.2025, at about 4.00 PM, both the girls had gone to market for purchasing slippers, but they did not return and thereafter they started searching, but to no avail.
