The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.14 of 2026, under Sections- 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Sidhpura, District- Kasganj, during the pendency of the trial. 4. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that deceased was missing since 26.10.2025 and a dead body was recovered on 27.10.2025 and postmortem of the said dead body was conducted on 30.10.2025 as unclaimed body.
