It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that applicant was on the post of Sub Registrar, who has demanded Rs.10,000/- from the complainant for registering the document. Learned counsel for applicant submits that the alleged illegal gratification was taken by one Munshi from the complainant, thereafter, it is alleged that he has given to the applicant. Learned counsel for applicant submits that hand wash was not done at the spot neither recovery memo has been prepared and further proceedings have been made at the police station.
