The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.388 of 2024, under Sections- 103(1) BNS and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Narkhi, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR and subsequently, applicant was arrested and on pointing out of applicant, his bloodstained t-shirt and jeans as well as one blood stained knife were recovered.
