Heard Sri Ravi Shankar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Satish Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the first informant, Sri D.P.S. Chauhan, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.562 of 2025, under Sections 103 (1), 309 (6), 317(2), 3(5), 238, 324 (4) B.N.S., Police Station Civil Line, District Budaun. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicant was not named in the FIR, subsequently his name surfaced on the basis of CCTV footage, wherein the applicant was shown to be entering the temple, where the deceased was working and also coming
