The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.229 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5), 238 BNS, Police Station Karanda, District Ghazipur. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicant was not named in the FIR, subsequently in the statement of co-accused Rajesh Kumar, name of the applicant surfaced along with co-accused Chotu.
