Heard Sri Ram Prakash Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ajay Dubey, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 318 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 238, and 61(2) of BNS, Police Station-Barhan, District-Agra, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR wherein the allegation has been made that some unknown vehicle has hit the deceased from behind which resulted into his death. Even in the inquest report as well as in the postmortem report, it was found that deceased received only one crushed injury wherein the brain matter came out.
