Court No. - 67 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Sri Akshay Raj Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anand Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0195 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 103(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Madavara, District Lalitpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, in the FIR as well as in the statement of the injured witness, general allegations have been made against 13 persons. Only one injury was found to be fatal on the person of the deceased, and no specific role has been assigned to any of the co-accused persons.
