Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant was working on the post of Revenue Inspector and on the basis of the complaint made by the complainant trap was set up and the applicant was found to have caught with Rs. 5000/- notes which were loaded with chemical. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that perusal of the relevant notes being sent to the FSL would go to show that notes were not sent in a sealed cover and envelope was open.
