The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 93 of 2025, under Sections 108, 238(B), 61(2), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Shivli, District- Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The daughter of co-accused Manoj Kumar went missing on 16.3.2025. He lodged a missing report on 17.3.2025 at the concerned police station. Subsequently, on the basis of newspaper reports and social media posts, a dead body was recovered from a canal and the applicant along with three others were implicated.
